Here are some of my latest creations inspired by Mountain Man Rendezvous: You probably remember the one from last year's post. For the smaller knife I made the blade myself out of a big file, and I bought the machete blade, and stuck em into elk antler myself. I was actually taught how to do big knives right by "trader lee" so it is all perfectly safe. The knife blade is somewhere around 8 1/2 inches and the machete is around 20-21 inches. both of them took around two hours to make. I really should have gotten before and after pictures.. oh well.
