Passing of Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley

President Gordon B. Hinckley, who led The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints through twelve years of global expansion, has died at the age of 97.

The Church president died at his apartment in downtown Salt Lake City at 7:00 p.m. Sunday night from causes incident to age. Members of his family were at his bedside. A successor is not expected to be formally chosen by the Church’s Quorum of the Twelve Apostles until after President Hinckley’s funeral within the next few days.

Mountain Man Rendezvous

It was DANG cold! desert doesn't always mean warm.

For Scouts we went up to Tonto for mountain man rendezvous. There was Tomohawk throwing, bucksaw races, blowguns, knife trading, black powder rifles, trapping class, reppeling, branding, & more! we went up there on Friday and came back Saturday. It was REALLY REALLY cold but it was fun.

What you can do with an old steak knife

I made this with an old antler and a steak knife, I think it turned out pretty cool!

This is Ricky, he is a 3 1/2 ft. Ball Python.

I got him as a newborn baby five years ago.

he can live up to 50 years.

He is an awesome pet, I would definatley advise getting

a snake like him.

Take care of 'em right and they are a tame, low tempered pet.

After Christmas Fishin' Trip

Berk got a pole and bait for Christmas so we went

down to Tempe Towne lake and try our luck.
